Returns Policy
1. Shipping Areas
We offer free standard shipping for orders to select countries as determined by our suppliers. At present, we deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States, and certain other jurisdictions, subject to supplier restrictions.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times vary by destination. Typically, orders are delivered within 7–14 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of order size or value.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking details may take up to 48 hours to appear in the system.
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of receipt, or within the minimum return period stipulated by the laws of the country where the product was purchased.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sorryiamoutofoffice@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the payment provider.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. If an item is found to be defective, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue.
